Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Phoenix account and all of its data — your onboarding answers, chat history, quests, streaks, and progress. This cannot be undone.

Fastest way — delete it yourself in the app. Open Phoenix → Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your account and all associated data are erased immediately, right from your device.

Prefer to request it by email?

If you no longer have the app installed, use the form below. Because Phoenix accounts are anonymous (no email or password), we need your User ID to find the right account. You'll find it in the app under Profile → Settings → Your ID (tap to copy). Without it, we may not be able to locate your data.

This opens your email app with the request pre-filled, addressed to support@phoenixbreakup.tech. We erase your data within 30 days and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

Purchase records held by Apple or Google are managed through their stores and are subject to their own retention policies. Anonymized, aggregated analytics that no longer identify you may be retained.
